UPDATING THE iOS OPERATING SYSTEM​

Here are the requirements:

  1. It is advisable to save your data on iCloud or another device, such as a laptop.

  2. Ensure that the device is connected to a power source for charging and has access to the Inernet.

Go to Settings

Navigate to "General" within the "Settings" menu.

From the "General" section, proceed to "Software Update."

You may need to download and install the new operating system. You can choose either "Download & Install" or go for a direct installation by selecting "Install."

If you receive a message requesting the temporary removal of apps due to insufficient memory for the software update, you can proceed by clicking "Continue" to initiate the app removal. After the installation is finished, the removed applications will be automatically reinstalled. Alternatively, if you select the "Remove" option, you can manually delete various types of apps and photo/video content from your device to free up additional space

UPDATING THE ANDROID OPERATING SYSTEM

Requirements:

​

  1. Ensure that your device is connected to a power source for charging and has internet access.

 

Steps:

​

  1. Navigate to "Settings."

  2. Select "About Phone" from the Settings menu.

  3. In the "About Phone" section, locate and select "Check for Updates."

  4. You will find the "Install" option, which may be labeled as "Install Now," "Reboot and Install," or "Install System Software."

UPDATE THE TBC BANK MOBILE APP ON AN iOS DEVICE

Requirements:

1.Ensure your device has internet access.

2. Have the iCloud login information used to download the application.

Steps:

1. Open the App Store.​ 

2. Search for "TBC Bank." 

3. Tap on "TBC Bank" to access its app page.​

4. Tap the blue "Update" button to initiate the update.

2. Remember the email data used to download the application.

Steps:

1. Open the Play Store or Google Play.

2. Search for "TBC Bank."

4. Tap the "Update" button to initiate the update.
